Tokyo Kitchen (sunway giza) 50% promotion

A very good news to Japaneses Food Lover :
After 9.30pm, there have 50% discount for all items in menu except dessert, alcohol, drinks and bento sets.

As every of my friends know that Im a lover for Japaneses food, so, once I received this news, the first things come to my mind was I just want to go and grab this promotion.

And this is my first time comes to the Tokyo Kitchen in Sunway Giza, Kota Damansara.
The environment is nice and comfortable and their services is good also.

Although, there is 50% discount after 9.30pm, mostly many people was thinking the food is just not fresh anymore. But it just fresh enough and nice to have it. It is really worth and a must place to go and try up the food there especially for the Japaneses food lover.

Of course, I will order the salmon for my first choices.
This is highly recommended, the salmon is fresh and sweet. It can see from the photo, it is thick salmon there.

Cost around RM23++
And after discount is RM11++
Nice try (yummy too)

One of the section on the menu is "Creative Sushi"...
it s really attract me to have an order on it...
So I had make an order for the unique and creative sushi "jelly salmon sushi" (the right side of the picture)
It is actually a good experience to try this special sushi...the jelly taste sour..but it is really the first time of having this kind of "Unique" sushi :)

The following sushi or dishes also recommended by the waiter.

Cheese Salmon Sushi
Just my favorite
the best match with cheese and the grilled salmon

This under the soup section on the menu.
Soup comes with salmon and vegetable.
Just taste like miso soup.

Soft Shell Crab
This is just a normal size (really big portion)!!

Last but not least, the dessert is every girls favorite. End up, serve by the dessert and becomes a very satisfied dinner for me.
I choose this dessert because I love the matcha ice-cream  (green tea flavor), corn flakes and comes with hot muffin. It taste great!!!

Overall, it is worth to have a try on this promotion start onwards 9.30pm
I just using the marks to show up how good it is for dining in Tokyo Kitchen @ Sunway Giza.

Environment :8/10
Services: 8/10
Price: 9/10
Taste:8/10

This is just one part of my opinion.
A must place to try out for the food, you can visit the following branch too:

Jalan Sayur (Wai Sek Kai) Pudu, KL

Wai Sek Kai in Jalan Sayur Pudu, KL divided into two section, which is morning session and night session.
Mostly people love to searching and enjoying with the nice food including me, since it is call as "wak sei Kai" in Pudu,KL, so I'm also grabbing the opportunity to visit it during the night time.

This is the environment in Jalan Sayur during the night session.
There is only one street and full with many food stalk and there have different choices for you to make an order for the different food.
Even though it already night time, around 10pm to 11pm, it is still crowded there.

This is what I recommended the most "Tau Fu Bakar". It really delicious.
For me, im the kind of people dislike to eat the "Tou Fu" (bean curd) but since this is famous here, and I finally make the decision to order the it. End up, with no regrets on it, thumbs up!
I will just score 10/10 for this "Tau Fu Bakar". (must try)

"Tao Fu Bakar" (fried bean curd & fried sotong)
with RM15
this is the best and i ever try

Next, this is what I order. "char kuay teow".
I'm not a big fan of "char kuay teow" but it is good to pass up.
At least, I'm enjoying to finish it.

I was want to introduce to the "Luk Mei".
Since, when we eating the hotty food and drinking the "Luk Mei" is just the best match and refreshing for us. It taste good too, it including the "logan" , white fungus and so on.
I just enjoyed it very much.

This is what we order. Our food order just cover about 40% of this street.
I will revisit again for trying others food.
This is exactly named as "Wai Sek Kai", because it is a street named "Jalan Sayur" and full with different kinds of food stall. Visitors just have variety choices on their food.

Dak Galbi @ Uncle Jang Korean Restaurant, Solaris Mont Kiara

Recently always heard from people about Uncle Jang a Korea Restaurant, so few of my friends was wonder to go for trying up. And this is really yummy dinner that we had, thumbs up!!!!!

Uncle Jang is a Korea Restaurant that serves with Dak Galbi. At first, I was wondering what Dak Galbi is, and I finally found out Dak Galbi is a popular Korean dish where marinated with the spiced chicken and the fresh cabbage, rice cake, onions and chilli-peper based sauce. Actually this dishes is for the students who are on a low meal budget that applies in Korea.

This is the look for Dak Galbi, a very big plate (just like Tenpayaki).
Since we have 6 people to had the dinner but we just order 4 person's dish, we just make a right decision because it is really big and just suitable for 6 of us.

Other than that, you can extra add on cheese, mushroom, egg, ramen or rice.
Just depends on you, adding the extra topping for matching your Dak Galbi nicer.
End up we tried to add on mushroom ramen and rice, that make us really full.
From that moment, I started in love on this dishes. It is really yummy.

Besides, the ice water is free to refill and also with the cabbage, the small side dishes.

Look at my face expression, im really cant eat the spicy food. However, the menu have only two option, with spicy or normal. My friends know that i cant eat the spicy food, so we just make the normal one. But it is still spicy for me and I cant imagine if i order the spicy one.

End up will serve with the watermelon fruits. As we can see the aprons are provided, if you worried that will spilling on our body when during the stir-fry process.
It is a special and unique experience to had your meal here.
Highly recommended.

Capitol Satay Celup @ Malacca

One of the foods that must eat in Melaka of course is the Satay Celup. Restaurant Capitol Satay is the most famous restaurant in Melaka and always full, crowded with the long queue on anytime. The first night I stay in Melaka, the first things that come to my mind is always having the satay celup for my dinner.  In the same time, I will confuse with it either I want choose for Restaurant Capitol Satay or Ban lee Hiang Satay Celup Restaurant. Since both Im also try before and end up we choose to go for Capital Satay Celup Restaurant.

This is what we expected, during the weekday also with the long queue. After half an hours, finally just our turn to dine in inside the restaurant.

From this signboard, they are trying to give us the information that Capitol Satay only has one branch only that is located in Lorong Bukit Cina. So don’t get misled and get wrong to others restaurant.

First is always served with the bread and cucumber, you can always add the bread and cucumber until you satisfied on it. And of course need to charge for it on how many plates you order.  When the bread and cucumber mix with the satay celup sauce, it really make us can’t stop to having it. Nice!

The satay celup is something like “buffet steamboat”, you can just simply take any foods that you want to eat in the food counter there. Just like this. There have prawns, fish ball, meatball, sotong…. Each stick is only with RM0.80. It is really cheap.

One of the reasons that I choose to having the satay celup in here because they will extra gave the big prawns or big sotong to you. That will not be placed in the food counter there. So it is really worth to have it.

Actually when we talks about satay celup in Melaka, there is always 2 restaurant comes to our mind. That is Capitol Satay and Ban Lee Hiang. Capitol Satay Restaurant is for tourist. However, the Ban Lee Hiang is popular among the locals. And of coursely Ban Lee Hinag is cheaper.
So it is actually depends your own favorite to choose which restaurant to dine in.

Address: Capitol Satay Celup Restaurant, 41, Lorong Bukit Cina, 75100 Melaka, Malaysia
Operating hours: Daily from 5:00 pm (Closed on Monday)
Price: Each stick costs RM0.80

Awesome & Delicious Naan @ Pak Putra, Melaka

Normally when we are visiting in Melaka town, we will just try the nyonya meals, durian cendol, chicken rice ball, mee siam or satay celup. So Im looking for this few food to try also, but until one of my Melaka friend call me and in the same time she knows that im in Melaka. So guess what? She intro me to a mamak stall to having my supper that just near the jonker street. At that moment I was thinking “are you serious want me to go mamak stall? In Kl there have many mamak too.”

But in the end, I choose to go try the mamak that she intro to me. It is just located at Jalan Laksamana 4, Melaka (Pak Putra Restaurant)

My friend is intro me the mango lacci, chicken tandorri, Double Cheese naan. Then I just follow her introduction and I ordered this all. OH MY GOD!!! Guess what? It is give me a unexpected surprise again!!! Especially the chicken tandorry, it is really nice. I can’t describe how nice it is. But for sure we can’t find this out in Kuala Lumpur. Secondly is the Double Cheese Naan, it is really taste different if comparing with the mamak in Kuala Lumpur.  It is worth to have a try on here for a supper if you are visiting Melaka.

Mango Lassi is a drink worth to have a try on it too, with the fresh mango mix with the yogurt. It is taste good and unique.

Finally, Im just understand why this mamak is so crowded.
Worth to visit here if you are looking for nice food.
